  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.

  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we will restore the removed or disabled material.

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing material removed from the Site more than twice.
